Great company. Ordered a pair of Nike Space Hippies and they were too big. There were only a couple pairs left so I ordered before exchanging and returning the original pair. Refund and return of original pair was quick and efficient and delivery times were also fast.

Sold me a pair of air forces and then charged me. Never received them, but I did get my refund. Its just a drain that you sold them to me in the first place.

I ordered white superstar trainers for click and collect and saw that the toe cap wasn’t tightly attached to the base of the shoe. I wore them moderately for about a month and they completely detached leaving big holes, ruining the total aesthetic of the shoe. I was definitely sold a fake or defective pair. When I sent them off for a faulty assessment, they couldn’t find my shoes which has meant I didn’t even get them back.This is by far the worst sneaker store and I would recommend any other store such as foot patrol and size rather than offspring.

Trainers arrived really quickly. Great quality and great availability where these trainers had been sold out at other retailers.

Paid for next day delivery on the Friday twenty nineth should of arrived on thirtieth emails and tracking saying they have been dispatched and yodel order page has been saying out for delivery since Saturday its now Monday night waste of money and false advertisement when it says next day but doesnt arrive on the next day bit off a pxsstake really have emailed them and contacted on fb no reply trainers no were to be seen

Trainers where nicer too look at than the sisteen Chapel and they where only 50 notes

I recently made my first purchase with Offspring, after placing the order I checked trust pilot and panicked a bit due the reviews however I must say I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the company. I placed the order on Tuesday and the item had arrived, in perfect condition by Friday.

Please be careful. Even on there website trainers will ship with double box. But when arrive. No double box and the shoe box is all damaged. Try to talk with customers services to resort the problems. Only answer they say is if u not happy return and get refund and they can’t do anything. Even on there own website say is ship with double box. Is not been first time. I have been scam this at least 3 times. So if you not care about shoe box damage. Feel free to order from them but if you care don’t.

Made a £200 order for some jordans 1 week late no dispatch email, then afterchasing and chasing customer care. Just for them to cancel my order excusewas because they could not find a decent pair.
